FeesThe The minimum fee rate is $225.00 per hour with higher rates charged in various types of matters. Retainers are required. A written Fee Agreement is provided. |
Contingent Fee CasesContingent Fee Cases are handled for a percentage of the sum collected. The normal percentage is 1/3, though that percentage is sometimes higher and occasionally lower, depending upon the circumstances of the cases. Disbursments are, in any event, paid by the client in contingent fee cases as well as hourly fee cases. |
